Of course you need to know every detail about the people you’re trusting with your hard-earned money! And we’ve made every aspect of our process as clear and open as possible (bearing in mind the need for discretion!) – including constant updates on projects’ progress on your personal ‘dashboard’.

And while the concept of Beelandlords itself is a pretty exciting innovation, we are constantly striving for new technology and ground-breaking ideas where that came from – more creative ways to give our Beelandlords more opportunities and an even more efficient service.
How we choose the properties we present

We take the greatest of care in selecting properties that we consider suitable for the platform so that our prospective Beelandlords can invest with complete peace of mind that we’ve done the detailed ‘homework’ for them.

To ensure that no detail is missed we have developed a unique two-tiered approach to property and market evaluation, which, in a similar way to the study of Economics, first takes the ‘Macro’ view before homing in to examine the ‘Micro’ picture.
